Tattered Ends and New Beginnings can mean something to everyone. To me it's how I express my past, see my present and unlock my future. One of my favorite quotes to live by is "Make peace with your broken pieces." In my life that is what I intend to do, through my thoughts, my words and my writing.

A Little Bit About Me
My name is Hali Steiner, I've been writing for almost as long as I can remember. When I was younger I picked up books at an early age so around my peers I was always known as "the girl who used big words". As I grew older I tossed those big words into sentences and those sentences turned into stories. There is no way I could toss myself into a genera of writing because I'm all over the place; one minute I'll be writing the next chapter of a novel and the next I'll be jotting down lyrics to a song I want to write. I think what I do can encourage others to not just stick to one profession when it comes to writing. Just stay true to the stories in your head, and if I'm being honest I don't remember anyone putting limits on what you can and can't do. The only limit is your creativity!
What I Do
What I like to tell people is "my mind is an artisan market, my skills are the booths and my thoughts are the signs."
Writing is a big thing in my life, I write stories, novels, poems, songs, short stories and I journal. I find it therapeutic. But markets have more than one area. I sing the songs I write and I try to go out and perform as often as I can. I try to post videos of my voice on any of my platforms whenever I can. More on the digital side of things, Photography and Filmography are both some of my favorite hobbies as well. I find I can tell a story through just one image or one shot. It's easy to tell a story when you know what you're talking about.
I guess you could say story telling is my profession.
My Goals Here
My intention here is to show the world who I am, every piece of me. I want to get my creativity out there, even if it doesn't go anywhere knowing that I tried is the best feeling.
I'll update every week and keep posting some of my writing, my photographs, my art, anything I do I'd like to post here. This is My New Beginning.
